I’m Mark Faulkner, a seasoned real estate investor, consultant, and project manager specializing in single-family rentals, property management, and property listings. My real estate journey began in 2016 when I renovated my first home and started managing my own rental properties. With a background in both the construction and banking industries, I bring a unique perspective to property investment – combining financial strategy with hands-on project management. Over the past decade, I’ve navigated the challenges of property ownership, house hacking, landlording, property management, and full-scale renovations, gaining invaluable insights along the way.
In 2023, I transitioned to a Real Estate Consultant role with Excalibur Homes in Atlanta, GA—one of the leading property management firms overseeing nearly 2,000 single-family homes. This role allows me to work closely with investors, helping them make smart decisions to maximize returns while minimizing headaches.
